We are currently only shipping domestically within Australia, from Perth, Western Australia. We partner with various couriers to ensure cost-effective and efficient shipping. Tracking information is provided for all orders and is emailed to you upon dispatch. You can also find it in the order section of your account. Returns Policy

We accept returns on most new and unopened items within 14 days of delivery, offering a full product refund (shipping costs excluded). All returns, exchanges, and warranty claims must be sent back to our Australian warehouse, with the buyer covering return shipping costs.

Refunds are typically processed within two weeks of receiving your returned item, plus any time your bank needs to process the refund. More often than not, refunds are processed more quickly.

Please contact us before returning an item and use a tracked postal service, as we cannot issue refunds for items that do not reach us.

Our products include a 6-month warranty unless otherwise specified.
